- Make offers on potential investment properties from the MLS.
- Call and build relationships with other investors to sell property contracts.
- Maintain detailed records of transactions and follow up on leads.
- Work collaboratively in a team environment to achieve business goals.
- Stay updated on real estate market trends and regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Must have a California real estate license and be willing to transfer it to our company.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently.
- Good personality and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in the office at least 20 hours per week in Agoura Hills, CA.
- Proficiency in researching and analyzing real estate market data.

**Important Note**:
We will not consider any applicants who are not willing to work at least a few days per week at our office in Agoura Hills, CA, and who do not have a California real estate license.
