**Title - Guest Service Representative**

- Deliver an efficient and also welcoming service to our guests

**Job Functions**
- Basic math skills are required
- Must be able to read, write, and fluently speak English
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Operate OPERA Cloud
- Interact with other software programs efficiently
- Operate a PBX phone
- Answering calls and handling call queues efficiently without error
- Monitor activities of guests on the property and ensure a safe environment
- Light cleaning and stocking tasks are also required
- Additional projects may be assigned from time to time as well

**Requirements**:

- Must have at least a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must have at least one year of customer service experience
- At least 6 months of experience in hotels, depending on position applied for
- Must not have been convicted of any crimes associated with violence, theft, intentional property damage, or fraud

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
