**Salary**: $45,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year, Salary commensurate with experience

**Responsibilities**:
Assist Project Manager in Oversight of daily field operations to ensure proper site safety, construction, progress, quality control, housekeeping, and daily log
Review and be familiar with Project Specs, Drawings, Submittals, RFIs, etc.
Supervise onsite workers, subcontractors, vendors, deliveries, etc...
Make sure workers have tools and materials needed to ensure work continuation
Be willing and able to get the job done, get materials, pick up tools, and find solutions.
Onsite coordination with GC/MEP Supers as well as with other trades
Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to plans and specifications
Generate and Maintain Site Documentations, Forms, Logs, etc.
Ensure Site Safety and provide Work Prorgess documentations (take progress photos, notes, status, etc.)
Collect and deliver documents & items between office, jobsites, permit offices, project owners, etc.

**Qualifications**:
Must have SST62 Site Safety Training Supervisor card
Must have or be willing to acquire 8 hr Construction Site Fire Safety Manager cert
Must have or be willing to acquire FDNY Fire Watch
Must have a car and be able and willing to travel to multiple job sites in NYC
Must be willing to work various shifts
Mechanical HVAC background / MEP trade experience & knowledge
Basic Construction experience & knowledge
Strong coordination, communication, and resource planning skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Must be reliable and responsible
Must have a "Can Do" and "Get the Job Done" attitude

Experience with Public Construction Projects = A PLUS
Experience with NYC School Construction Authority SCA = A PLUS
Experience with NYCSCA, NYCHA, DDC, DASNY, MTA = A PLUS
Familiarity with Procore = A PLUS
