About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team at a reputable General Contractor in Brooklyn, New York. As an Assistant Project Manager, you will assist the project team in delivering multifamily residential projects on time and under budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the project team in managing construction projects from start to finish
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and quality control plans
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in construction, preferably in a project management role
  • Relevant construction-related degree (Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, etc.)
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD/BIM and local NYC experience required
