**Role Responsibilities**:

- Assisting customers in placing orders over the phone
- Assist in day-to-day customer service tasks including, but not limited to:

- Order submission to our warehouse
- Processing return or exchange requests
- Conduct product research and reporting
- Other duties as assigned

**Job Qualifications**:

- Must have sales experience and strong natural sales ability
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Outgoing and friendly personality
- Highly organized and an ability to multi-task
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- **Bilingual a plus**: _Actively looking for Spanish and French speakers_
- Past call center experience a plus

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
