Overview:
The Human Resources manager will administer the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including developing and executing personnel procedures and policies, benefits, compensation, and employee performance programs under the direction of the President. Suggest new concepts for improving the employee experience as well as the efficiency of the HR department and Company, while fostering a positive and productive work environment. Ensure compliance with local, state, and national regulations and applicable employment laws, and update policies and procedures when necessary.

**Duties**:

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and objectives
- Conduct employee orientation programs to ensure new hires are familiar with company policies, procedures, and benefits
- Oversee employee training and development initiatives to enhance skills and knowledge across the organization
- Administer performance management programs, including conducting employee evaluations and providing feedback for improvement
- Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations
- Manage HRIS systems (such as Workday or PeopleSoft) to maintain accurate employee records and generate reports as needed
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for talent management, succession planning, and workforce planning
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in human resources

**Requirements**:

- MUST BE BILINGUAL IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and resolve conflicts
- Solid understanding of performance management processes
- Proficiency or the ability to quickly learn HRIS systems and Payroll software
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related software
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Pay: $48,841.21 - $58,819.53 per year
