Medical SPA Sales Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Sales Consultant who will be passionate about representing our brand and building long-term successful relationships with clients, influencers, ambassadors and get maximum clientage for BodyContourz that generate a consistent flow of clients into our center by selling them BodyContourz services.

In this seeming age of legalized drug use we are looking for a drug-free person who values health and wellness.

Due to the nature of our services a good appearance within 10-15 lbs of healthy weight is necessary.

**Purpose**: To help clients achieve their body image goals by selling them the treatment plans that will get them where they want to go.

As the Sales Consultant you are responsible for helping clients to invest in themselves to make their body image goals a reality.

Expected Results: An ever increasing flow of new happy clients into BodyContourz who are in turn activated as brand ambassadors and refer more new clients.

Metrics you will be responsible for:
New clients sold & started into packages of treatment.

New clients who refer friends & family at the end of their first treatment.

Client sign ups for maintenance or additional treatments.

You will personally consult and customize treatment plans and estimates for clients and deliver their first service, obtaining our fat loss guarantees and ensuring at least 80% or more of your consultations results in the client obtaining the treatment plan recommended. Then you will turn over your new members/clients to the Lead Coach for assigning to a continuation coach who will ensure they get their body image goals met. We will train on our procedures and protocols.

SALES EXPERIENCE IS MANDATORY. Must be comfortable with all races, religions and body types, male and female and have an extremely high desire to help others feel and do better in their lives.

Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday 9am-5:30 pm

Compensation: $20-$25/hr + bonuses
