**THE POSITION**:
**DESCRIPTION OF WORK**:
In this role, your main duty is to support the evaluation, examination, and improvement of maintenance operations in Delaware County, in line with management goals and department policies. You will review work plans to ensure a comprehensive program and the availability of necessary resources for completion. Adjustments to work plans will be made as necessary. Data from the Systems, Applications, and Products (SAP) Plant Maintenance and Roadway Management Systems will be analyzed to ensure program objectives are met and system control is maintained. You will also review the accuracy of foreman payrolls and provide payroll support. Reports will be used to monitor work data, including completed production units, man-hours, equipment usage, and material consumption, and any discrepancies will be resolved to meet work plans.

**Work Schedule and Additional Information**:

- Full-time employment
- Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
- Summer hours are 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
- ** Salary**:_ _In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY**:
**QUALIFICATIONS**
**Minimum Experience and Training Requirements**:

- One year of experience as a Technical Assistant; **or**:

- One year of experience in analysis of data utilized in planning and scheduling of work, materials and equipment and graduation from high school or GED equivalent; **or**:

- An Associate's Degree in a field of Business Administration, Computer Science, Highway Engineering Technology or other closely related program; **or**:

- Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
