**THE POSITION**:
**DESCRIPTION OF WORK**:
In this position, your main responsibilities will involve using Business Warehouse (BW) and Systems Applications and Products (SAP) Reports to analyze purchases and inventory usage. This analysis will help determine the quantities needed for reordering in the maintenance and garage operations of roadways. You will also need to be proficient in running and understanding various other reports in BW and SAP, such as work order reports and notification reports. One of your tasks will be reviewing the planned order report to initiate purchasing requests for low stock inventory, with a goal of maintaining 40% of inventory items on planned ordering. Additionally, you will be responsible for entering good receipts for supplies and services within 48 hours, as well as completing and entering material transfers. You will also need to prepare transfers and requisitions for items supplied through the storeroom and filter room. Lastly, you will review and reconcile material movements against the daily material transactions report on a daily basis.

**Work Schedule and Additional Information**:

- Full-time employment
- Work hours are 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.

**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY**:
**QUALIFICATIONS**
**Minimum Experience and Training Requirements**:

- One year of experience in analysis of data utilized in planning and scheduling of work, materials and equipment and graduation from high school or GED equivalent; **or**:

- One year of experience as a Technical Assistant; **or**:

- An Associate's Degree in a field of Business Administration, Computer Science, Highway Engineering Technology or other closely related program; **o**r**:

- Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
