**THE POSITION**:
**DESCRIPTION OF WORK**:
In this position, your main responsibilities will involve supporting the review, analysis, and development of maintenance operations within Adams County. This includes analyzing work plans, ensuring program balance, and making adjustments as needed. You will also review data from Systems Applications and Products and Roadway Management Systems to ensure program goals are met and systems control is maintained. Additionally, you will monitor work data information for compliance with Maintenance Accreditation Performance Index measures and provide recommendations for improvement.

**Work Schedule and Additional Information**:

- Full-time employment
- Work hours are 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.

**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY**:
**QUALIFICATIONS**
**Minimum Experience and Training Requirements**:

- One year of experience as a Technical Assistant; **or**:

- One year of experience in analysis of data utilized in planning and scheduling of work, materials and equipment and graduation from high school or GED equivalent; **or**:

- An Associate's Degree in a field of Business Administration, Computer Science, Highway Engineering Technology or other closely related program; **or**:

- Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
