**About the Role**

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented School Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. This role plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of a ballet school, allowing our faculty and staff to focus on delivering exceptional artistic training to our students. You will also oversee sales, new student relationships and manage parental questions and concerns at each studio.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Manage School Operations**:_ Oversee all non-instructional aspects of the school, including budgeting, enrollment, scheduling, facilities management, student records, and health and safety protocols.

**Curriculum Support**:
Assist faculty with classroom needs, manage supplies and equipment, and coordinate rehearsal space scheduling.

**Financial Management**:
Prepare and monitor budgets, oversee purchasing, and manage accounts payable and receivable.

**Event Management**:
Coordinate and oversee school events, performances, and fundraising activities. Come up with new ideas to implement and support long-term growth.

**Communication & Collaboration**:
Maintain clear communication with faculty, staff, students, and parents. Collaborate effectively with board members and donors.

**Marketing & Outreach**:
Contribute to marketing and outreach efforts, promoting the school and its programs.

**Technology & Systems**:
Manage school databases and student information systems.

**Facility Management**:
Oversee maintenance and upkeep of the school building and grounds.

**Compliance**:
Ensure the school adheres to all local, state, and federal regulations.
- **Qualifications**:_

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Arts Management, or related field (preferred). A minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within an arts organization or educational setting is needed to apply. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Mindbody and other relevant software programs. Experience with budgeting and financial management. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A passion for the performing arts (ballet specifically is a plus).
