Role Description:


We seek a full-time Head of Product to join our team in Miami, FL. In this role, you will lead the development and management of our racquet sports club software, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales. You will be responsible for driving the product vision, strategy, and execution to deliver high-quality products and features that meet the needs of our customers.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead and guide engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to build products and new experiences.
  • Play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the racquet sports world.
  • Own product development from conception to launch, including planning, development, and release.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to develop and steer the product roadmap.
  • Define and analyze key metrics to guide product development and measure success.
  • Align teams on a shared vision and steer execution toward achieving that vision.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
  • Define clear product requirements and specifications, ensuring alignment with the overall product strategy.
  • Utilize Agile methodologies to manage product development, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
  • Monitor product performance and gather user feedback to continuously improve the product.
  • Previous experience in prototyping, creating user journeys, and using tools like Jira, Figma, and other product management platforms is required.


Qualifications:


  • 3+ years of product management experience, with a focus on software products.
  • Proven experience in Product Management, particularly in software development and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong skills in product road mapping, market research, and defining product requirements.
  • Hands-on experience with product management tools such as Jira, Figma, and other similar platforms.
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication, relationship management, and organizational skills.
  • Deep analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Previous experience working in software product management.
  • Demonstrated passion for technology and racquet sports.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in prototyping and creating user journeys is required.
  • You’ve got positive energy, are optimistic about the future, and are determined to get there.
  • You’re never tired of learning.
  • You appreciate direct communication and are both an active communicator and an eager listener.
