Material Control Specialist

Job responsibilities will include following our company work orders to find and pull tooling and stock parts from Inventory

Cutting sheet materials to size for subsequent production processes using our CNC Paper Cutter and table saws. Including setting up the machines, and calculating sheet yield.

Reviewing received materials, checking documentation, and scanning materials into our computer system.

We are looking for someone who is organized, good at basic math, and is comfortable working with written directions, and blueprints. The job is also physically demanding, and will require periods of standing, and the ability to lift boxes, crates and sheets of material up to 50 lbs. Applicants should also be comfortable and willing to use machinery. We will provide training on all machines, but prior manufacturing experience is preferred. Starting pay will be based on experience level.

We work on a Monday to Friday schedule. There is some flexibility with regards to hours but we are looking for someone who can work at least 40 hours a week. We do offer overtime hours each week at time and half. We offer three weeks of paid vacation, and employee retirement accounts with an employer contribution.
