The primary purpose of the Administrative Analyst III is to be responsible for data collection, coordination, monitoring, and reporting. Identifies patterns and trends and presents findings to departmental management
Among the key duties of this position are the following:

- In collaboration with department managers, creates, compiles, and formats reports and spreadsheets containing findings, analyses, conclusions and recommendations as required by federal, state, and local funding sources.
- Uses data to determine patterns, trends, and anomalies and reports discoveries and recommendations to program managers. a. Develops and presents data findings.
- Tracks completion of and stores all required documentation.
- Actively participates in performance improvement projects and initiatives.
- Provides internal consultative services to departmental managers and colleagues with respect to the development and creation of reports as needed.
- Develop and maintain skills, knowledge, and ability to navigate software platforms used to gather, store, and present data (e.g., Qualtrics, Excel, PowerPoint, electronic medical record).
