Responsibilities include scheduling service work orders and communicating with customers via providing information regarding services, directing to appropriate person/department and other administrative activities for the Company. The** Route Coordinator/Customer Service Representative** is also responsible for selling pest, tick and wildlife services to commercial organizations or residential settings to meet their
needs.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Answering telephones and directing persons and/or telephone calls to the appropriate department or person.
- Providing information about products and services over the phone.
- Resolving customer complaints.
- Receiving and delivering messages verbally and/or in writing.
- Develop estimates/contracts for current or prospective customers.
- Respond promptly to inquires from potential customers.
- Scheduling work orders and/or pest control jobs.
- Entering work orders.
- Collecting past-due receivables.
- Compiling data, scanning, and filing.
- Typing termite reports and Notice of Work Completion and/or Exclusion.
- Operating computers, electronic calculators, fax machines, copiers and any other equipment used to affect the efficient, timely operation of the branch.
- Other duties as assigned
**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
