Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking an Insurance Customer Service Agent to join our Insurance team You will be responsible for helping insurance customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.

Job Summary: Provide customer support, process claims, and manage policy updates for insurance clients. Ensure excellent service and resolve any issues related to policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support:

    • Answer inquiries about policy details, billing, and coverage.
    • Assist with policy changes and renewals.
  • Claims Processing:

    • Guide customers through the claims process and ensure timely resolution.
  • Problem Resolution:

    • Address and resolve customer issues; escalate when necessary.
  • Documentation:

    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
  • Experience: Experience in customer service, ideally in insurance preferred but not required.
  • Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
