**Qualifications**:

- Requesting, collecting, and screening incoming medical records for proper compliance using HIPPA standards.
- Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.
- Utilizing computer systems such as Computer Health Care System, Health Records Management System, and PC Matrix for the input/retrieval of medical information.
