**Qualifications**:
- Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-5 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
- Requesting, collecting, and screening incoming medical records for proper compliance using HIPPA standards.
- Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.
- Utilizing computer systems such as Computer Health Care System, Health Records Management System, and PC Matrix for the input/retrieval of medical information.
