- Prepare financial reports, including bank reconciliations, journal entries, and payroll processing
- Assist with tax preparation and compliance
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
- Provide administrative support to staff as needed

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in accounting software such as Sage
- Strong understanding of debits, credits, and governmental accounting practices
- Experience with bank reconciliation and 10-key typing
- Knowledge of payroll processing and clerical duties
- Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance requirements
