**Duties include but are not limited to**:

- Provides complex analysis, involving governmental matters.
- Manages a complex legislative process.
- Conducts research on legislative and municipal matters.
- Prepares, writes, and updates various reports on the results of research and analyzes budgets and other documents.
- Prepares ordinances, resolutions, and amendments.
- Facilitates discussions between the Office of the City Attorney and various City agencies, governmental entities, and non-profit and for-profit organizations as directed.
- Recommends solutions to complex governmental problems and legislative issues.
- Presents information, responds to requests, and keeps the City Attorney and Deputy City Attorney apprised of all work performed.
