**The Opportunity**

At Goodwill Industries of Central Florida, as a **Fleet Manager**, **you will be expected to perform many organizational and management tasks to monitor, maintain, and improve Goodwill Industries of Central Florida’s (GICF) company fleet including all company cars.

**A Day in the Life of a **Fleet Manager****

You will find yourself:

- Researching the best vehicle types and build a fleet while supervising vehicle procurement, based on GICF’s approved budget.
- Administering the processing and maintenance of vehicle licenses and registration, including insurance.
- Finding ways to cut costs and maximize profits through fleet management.
- Maintaining detailed records of vehicle servicing and inspections.
- Scheduling regular vehicle maintenance to ensure operational efficiency.
- Ensuring compliance with all U.S. Department of Transportation laws and regulations.
- Analyzing data to increase business operational efficiency.
- Ensure strict servicing and maintenance times to minimize downtime and maintain schedules.

**Physical and Environmental Work Conditions**:

- Regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds independently and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds with assistance.
- Vision abilities required by this job include: close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus.
- Standing and walking for long periods of time.
- Perform work outside and inside; exposure to weather conditions, dust, dirt, electricity, noise, fumes, and chemicals.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually loud (examples: metal can manufacturing department, large earth-moving equipment).

**Education and/or Experience**:

- High School education or equivalent is required. Bachelor's dehgree in related field is preferred.
- A minimum of four (4) years' logoistics experience and three (3) years' in a supervisory role.
- Prefer working experience with people who have disabilities and/or previous Goodwill experience.
