First Priority Restoration currently has five locations nationwide, including our national headquarters in Odessa FL. Our goal is to help property owners restore their homes/offices after disaster. From mitigation of the water or mold to the complete reconstruction of the property, First Priority is a full-service restoration contractor.

Florida-based company seeks someone to fill position as an Accounting Assistant.

**Duties include**:

- Detail Oriented
- Import and enter credit card transactions
- Add Job to Transactions
- Enter accounts payable bills
- Process check runs and collect lien waivers
- Maintenance filings systems
- Credit card reconciliations
- Communicate well with supervisors and team members
- Other bookkeeping, payroll, human resource, clerical tasks assigned by Controller

Qualifications:

- Must be able to work in-office. Sorry but this is not a remote position.
- Proficiency in data entry is a must.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a plus.
- Experience in administrative work is strongly encouraged.
- Accounting experience.
- Self-starter
