America's leader in home care for seniors is looking for a Client Care Coordinator/Scheduler. We are seeking an individual with exceptional communication, customer service (experience in a healthcare office related setting) and organizational skills for an exciting opportunity with a growing company. We are building an organization with a focus on delivering the kind of care that you would want for your own loved ones.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Greet new customers
- Assist with interviewing new care providers
- Answer the telephone in a friendly, professional manner.
- Schedule caregiver staff for hours of service on new clients and open hours/shifts on existing cases.
- Maintain required documentation for all caregivers.
- Ability to work independently.
- Take rotating on-call duties.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Two years experience in an office setting, preferably healthcare or home health.
- Excellent customer service skills (in an office setting)
- Well organized and detail oriented
- Experience using scheduling or staffing software.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of AHCA regulations is a plus.
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to pass a Florida Level-2 background screening
