As a Customer Service Representative and Dispatcher, you play a vital role in our operations, acting as the first point of contact for support inquiries. Compensation
- Annual salary ranging from $38,000 to $46,000

Key Responsibilities
The essential duties of this role include:
- Answering incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Coordinating appointment schedules
- Distributing daily tasks and service calls to team members
- Engaging in marketing and sales activities to promote additional services
- Completing work orders and following up on customer inquiries
- Organizing office operations and procedures, including preparing and reviewing purchase orders
- Performing additional duties as required, which may involve cross-training in related roles
Qualifications
- At least two years of administrative experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong data entry capabilities
- Positive attitude and a collaborative spirit
- Able to work independently as part of a team
- Proficient in general computer applications, including Microsoft Office
- Typing skills are advantageous
- Must have authorization to work in the U.S.
