**Responsibilities**:

- Manage a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls
- Verify insurance and demographic data
- Handle scheduling tasks
- Perform data entry operations
- Manage and maintain customer relationship management tools
- Obtain and manage leads and referrals from the community
- Proven Exceptional Customer Service experience
- Experience in high-volume inbound and outbound call environment
