**Honda of North Hollywood** is under new ownership and expanding We are looking for qualified, motivated and exceptional individuals to become part of our team.

As a **Call Center Representative**, you?re one of the most important team members at **Honda of North Hollywood.** You?re a critical point of contact, primarily for our Sales Department guests, and your communication is critical in creating a super experience. You will handle all incoming calls for the Sales departments, as well as performing follow up to invite guests to the dealership.

We?re looking for a team player with an outgoing, customer-service approach to daily responsibilities. This is a great entry point for a career with us, for someone who already has customer service or a general sales background (like electronics, appliances, real estate, B2B, marketing, etc.)

**What You?ll Do**:

- Respond to guest and team inquiries in a timely fashion
- Make outbound follow up calls to improve Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI)
- Contact all ?no-shows? to reschedule any missed appointments
- Schedule prospective customers for test drive opportunities
- Drive yourself and the team to maintain a super work environment and get better every day

**What You?ll Need**:

- Full-time availability. You?ll also need to be at least 18 years old
- A valid driver?s license and acceptable driving record
- Bi-Lingual (English / Spanish) is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with both staff and guests
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and a strong work ethic.
- Have and maintain an excellent driving record.
- Current, valid driver?s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
- All potential employees must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen

**Physical Demands**

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Individual will be required to:

- Sit and/or stand interchangeably throughout the day.
- Sit and/or stand for long periods at a time.
- Use hands, fingers and arms continually, frequently and throughout the day.
- Bend, crouch, crawl, stoop and kneel continually, frequently and throughout the day.
- Pick-up, lift and carry items that may exceed 50 pounds.
