**Job**: overnight artisan baker

**Job description**: The overnight baker’s job is to help with the dividing, shaping and baking of the daily bread production. Tasks can vary based on experience and skills.

**Schedule**:1AM to 10AM with two consecutive days off

**Responsibilities**:
The overnight baker has the following responsibilities and duties:

- Keep a safe and sanitary work area
- Divide and shape different types of dough
- If more experience, baking the breads in a deck oven
- Clean and organize at the end of the day

**Requirements**:
The overnight baker should have the following skills, abilities and experience:

- Pass the food handler certificate
- Be able to lift up to 55 lbs.
- Be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Previous night shift experience is preferred

**Compensation**:
La Fournette will provide the following compensation:

- Start pay of $18 per hour
- Paid time off
- Paid holidays
- 401k contribution match after 6 months of employment

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
