- The Program Manager I duties include supervision of six staff members, managing clinic staffing and oversight of the fitness program. In managing the fitness program, this position will work with Austin Fire and ATCEMS to schedule fitness visits. This position also works with behavioral health on data collection and provides website management for the Wellness Center. The Program Manager also facilitates fitness equipment requests and repairs, and will provide administrative support to future programs.**Driving Requirement**:

- This position requires a valid Texas Class C Driver License or the ability to acquire one by your hire date. External New Hires must meet the **City of Austin’s Driver Record Evaluation (**DRE**) requisite**.
