**Front Desk Member Service Representatives**:
Our Shrewsbury Club Member Service Representatives are responsible for ensuring members and their guests to the club are made to feel welcome and transactions are completed quickly and correctly at every interaction.

Currently we are hiring for a variety of morning and afternoon shifts.
- Follow safety protocols for checking in members
- Arrive on time every time
- Arrive with a smile and a positive service based attitude
- Maintain a happy, quick, engaging environment at our front desk
- Take initiative to support our technical professionals and mongers
- Provide hospitality and understand the difference between hospitality and customer service
- Exceed members needs
- Always present a smart professional appearance.
- Volunteer to support and cover shifts for fellow team members.
- Ensure all financial transactions are completed in the correct manner
- Manage, reconcile, balance, a cash float.
- Be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Be able to not use your phone for the entire time you are working.'
