In 1921, Benjamin Ourisman opened a Chevrolet dealership in Washington. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and managing a team of sales associates to meet and exceed sales goals. This is a commission-based position with a competitive base salary.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales goals
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes
- Train and mentor sales associates on effective sales techniques, customer service, and product knowledge
- Work closely with the finance department to secure subprime financing options for customers
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Oversee the inventory management process and ensure the lot is properly merchandised
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market changes, and competitor activity

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Automotive Sales Manager, preferably with subprime finance experience
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Extensive knowledge of subprime financing and credit approval processes
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
