Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, understanding their needs and guiding them through the car buying process.

  • Conduct thorough vehicle presentations, demonstrating features, benefits, and advantages to potential buyers.

  • Develop and maintain strong product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries and provide accurate information.

  • Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their preferences, budget, and requirements.

  • Conduct test drives, ensuring a memorable experience that highlights the vehicle's performance and features.

  • Negotiate sales contracts, including pricing, financing options, trade-ins, and additional services.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall success of Garlyn Shelton Auto Group.

  • Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers, providing exceptional post-sale support.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in automotive sales or a related field, with a strong ability to close deals and meet or exceed sales targets.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with customers and build rapport.

  • In-depth knowledge of automotive products, including different makes, models, and features.

  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle objections with professionalism and confidence.

  • Exceptional customer service orientation, with the ability to provide an outstanding buying experience.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
