Job Overview:


The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company. This includes managing the cost of goods sold, developing and analyzing financial reports, forecasting and budgeting, and providing financial guidance to the senior management team.


Key Responsibilities:


Analyze financial data and develop financial reports to provide insights into the company's performance.

Manage the cost of goods sold to ensure that the company is maximizing profitability.

Prepare and analyze budgets and forecasts, and provide financial guidance to the senior management team.

Prepares accurate and timely financial reporting.

Works with manufacturing plant to identify and implement process improvements to streamline financial operations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and decision-making.


Requirements:


Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, MBA or CPA preferred.

5+ years of experience in a finance role, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.

Strong understanding of cost of goods sold and inventory management.

Proven track record of financial analysis and reporting.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
