BETAH Associates seek a highly skilled and motivated **Project Coordinator** to assist the Project Manager and the project team in support of a government client. The Project Coordinator will provide internal and client-facing support for task related to workflow tracking and progress for a health communication project.

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities** **.

**Project Support**:
Assist project managers in developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Provide administrative support, including preparing documents, reports, and presentations.

**Communication and Liaison**:
Serve as a point of contact for project team members, stakeholders, and clients.
Communicate project updates and information to relevant parties in a timely manner.
Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.

**Documentation and Reporting**:
Maintain accurate and organized project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and status reports.
Prepare and distribute regular project updates and reports to team members and stakeholders.

**Resource Coordination**:
Assist in allocating and managing project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
Track resource availability and ensure resources are used efficiently.

**Task Management**:
Track project tasks and milestones, ensuring deadlines are met.
Follow up with team members to ensure tasks are completed on time.

**Risk Management**:
Identify potential project risks and issues and report them to the project manager.
Assist in developing and implementing risk mitigation strategies.

**Quality Assurance**:
Monitor project activities to ensure they meet quality standards and project requirements.
Assist in implementing quality control measures.

**Budget and Expense Tracking**:
Assist in managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effective solutions.
Provide regular updates on budget status and expenditures.

**Client and Stakeholder Engagement**:
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Address client and stakeholder inquiries and provide support as needed.

**Continuous Improvement**:
Collect feedback from project team members and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement.
Assist in implementing improvements to enhance project efficiency and outcomes.

**Professional Development**:
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in project coordination and management.
Pursue opportunities for professional growth and development.

**Education and Experience**
- Bachelor?s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in project coordination or a related role.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
