We are currently seeking an Executive Assistant to support the daily operations of the company's CEO in the Murrieta area. We are looking for someone with the right attitude to learn, grow and thrive within the organization.
**Job Description/Responsibilities**:
The Executive Assistant will be assisting in various tasks and responsibilities each day, which included, but not limited to the following:
- Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed for the CEO.
- Provide general administrative support to the CEO.
- Record Keeping and Data Entry
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
- Updating schedules
- Assist in projects and follow-up on action items
- Must be able to handle last minute assignments
- Organize and maintain files, documents, and confidential information.
- Research to support client meetings and the production department
- Attend production meetings with or on behalf of the CEO
**Requirements**:
- Experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Knowledgeable with office procedures and basic data entry skills
- Knowledge of MS Office and office management software
**Preferred Experience**:
- Some clerical and administrative experience in an office setting
- High School diploma (required)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
**Schedule**:
Must be available, Monday - Friday, 9:00a - 4:30pm
