Key Responsibilities:- Assist the Sales Team with proposal closing and payment processing.
- Coordinate monthly T3 Instructor Courses, including confirming dates, ensuring instructor payments, and distributing training materials.
- Manage Instructor Onboarding, including issuing certificates, scheduling onboarding calls, and creating onboarding checklists.
- Coordinate In-Person or Webinar Training, including confirming dates, instructor payments, and distributing training materials.
- Monitor Thinkific site for course reviews and document positive reviews for marketing purposes.
- High school diploma.
- 2-4 years of administrative experience preferred.
- Health Insurance (50% employer matching).
