You will handle all real estate activities and transactions on behalf of the company and clients. We're looking for someone with great communication skills who can help our team stay organized and keep up with our client relationships. Someone who's open to learning new skills and taking on new responsibilities as the company grows.

**Responsibilities**:

- Administrative tasks including but not limited to; appointment setting, account management, client relationship management, vendor approval, organizational tasks, billing, etc...
- Manage and stay on top of important deadlines for multiple properties and clients in various stages of the sales funnel
- Handle inbound calls from new leads and existing clients
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and uncontacted leads
- Support the management and field teams throughout the day with important information and assistance as needed
- Work some minor after hours and weekend hours as needed (will be compensated extra), to handle lead flow and resolve issues with ongoing projects and properties

Qualifications:

- Outgoing personality
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with inbound and outbound calls
- Experience with client relationship management
