The Intake Specialist will serve as the initial point of contact for potential clients, assess leads, and gather essential information regarding accidents, injuries, and documentation to determine case eligibility. The candidate must be equipped with the expertise to evaluate personal injury cases and secure client retention.

To excel in this role, candidates should demonstrate exceptional sales abilities, organizational skills, attention to detail, and a compassionate demeanor.

Key Responsibilities

• Responding to and screening initial inquiries from potential clients

• Collecting relevant information from prospects to ascertain their legal needs and entering this data into our case management system

• Drafting and dispatching engagement letters and initial documentation to potential clients

• Assisting clients in compiling necessary documents to support their claims

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience in telemarketing, intake, or managing a high volume of calls daily (experience in a law firm is preferred but not mandatory)

• Ability to communicate politely, professionally, and effectively with potential clients

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational capabilities

• Effective communication skills, with the ability to listen attentively and convey instructions clearly

• Persistence and patience in following up with and assisting potential clients

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high workload

• Openness to coaching and constructive feedback

• Preference for candidates who can communicate fluently in both English and Spanish
