Position Overview

Job Objective:

To ensure the provision of exceptional customer service through prompt and precise order processing, effective communication, and collaboration with various departments to address inquiries. Serve as the initial point of contact for customers regarding general inquiries (e.g., pricing, products, scheduling, etc.). Cultivate and sustain business relationships with clients by delivering timely and accurate service, which enhances customer loyalty.

• Accurate entry of customer orders into the database

• Supply customers with product and service details

• Promote additional products and services

• Assist the shipping team with order picking and verification

Qualifications

Education, Experience, and Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Associate or Bachelor of Science degree preferred

• Highly organized with a keen attention to procedural details

• Basic mathematical proficiency

• Proficient in computer applications (including MS Office, particularly MS Outlook)

• Fundamental understanding of environmental laboratory methods and processes is advantageous

• Strong time management capabilities

• Excellent verbal communication skills and meticulous attention to detail
