Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:
Identify and engage new business prospects in the off-site construction industry by leveraging existing client relationships and exploring new avenues.

Build and nurture a network of potential clients through research, networking events, and industry connections.

Formulate and execute strategic sales plans aimed at achieving revenue targets and increasing market share.

Client Management:
Serve as the primary liaison for clients, understanding their requirements and delivering tailored solutions through PulteGroup's innovative construction methodologies.

Conduct regular meetings and presentations to update clients on project progress, address concerns, and gather feedback.

Ensure prompt and accurate responses to client inquiries, maintaining a high standard of customer service and satisfaction.

Collaborate with project managers and field teams to exceed client expectations.

Sales and Marketing:
Create and present compelling sales proposals to potential clients, showcasing the advantages of off-site construction.

Develop and maintain marketing materials, including brochures and case studies.

Work alongside the marketing team to devise strategies and campaigns that enhance brand awareness and generate leads.

Account Administration:
Maintain precise client records, including contact information and sales activities, utilizing a CRM system.

Monitor and report on sales performance, forecasting future revenue opportunities and identifying potential risks.

Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities to uncover new business opportunities.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, construction management, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

A minimum of 5 years of proven experience as an account manager or sales representative in the construction sector, with a focus on off-site construction or framing.

A demonstrated track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.

Strong customer service orientation and a collaborative mindset.

Essential Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining client relationships.

Outstanding presentation and negotiation abilities.

A proactive approach to customer satisfaction, with the capacity to address any issues that may arise.

  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and projects effectively.
