As a Real Estate Agent, you will join our passionate team at our Bellingham-Fairhaven office. You will play a crucial role as an intermediary between sellers and buyers, providing guidance and assistance throughout the marketing and purchasing process. **Responsibilities**:

- Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
- Determine clients' needs and financial abilities to propose suitable solutions
- Display and market real property to potential buyers
- Prepare necessary paperwork, contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements, etc.
- Promote sales through advertisements, open houses, and listing services

**Requirements**:

- Must be a licensed real estate agent or currently enrolled in real estate school. If you are NOT LICENSED, please consider joining WINDERMERE REAL ESTATE SCHOOL and use the code WC30 for a 30% discount.
- Proven track record of successful sales
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Familiarity with MS Office
- Ability to work independently with excellent interpersonal skills

- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
