Job Description:
This position is responsible for the 100% satisfaction of our guests from check in to check out by fulfilling their requests and creating a positive experience during their stay.
Our successful Front Desk Agent’s perform all check in and out procedures, assign and disburse room keys, answer incoming calls, post charges, process cash and credit card transactions daily in a professional, friendly and efficient manner. In addition to responding to guest requests promptly, inform guests about hotel services, facilities and outlets; provides guests with information such as City services, local attractions, amenities including driving directions to their desired destination.
Job Requirements:
- 1+ years of Front Desk experience in a branded, quality hotel preferred
- Prior experience using Opera PMS a plus
- Organizational skills, multi-task and detail oriented.
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal skills and team player enthusiasm
- Excellent oral, verbal and written communication skills
- Problem Solver - Skilled in resolving guest issues
- Professional Appearance awareness with excellent attendance and punctuality
- Work schedule will be comprised of weekends, evenings and holidays according to the volume/demands of the travel season(s).

Pay: $14.50 - $16.00 per hour
