**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion, aligning with our firm's marketing strategies and goals that ensure the brand message is consistent with a unified voice across social outlets
- Create and distribute industry relevant content to promote the company brand, manage social media accounts, and analyze performance metrics
- Design and implement outreach and promotional campaigns to navigate brand engagement, increase followers, and drive revenue (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn)
- Analyze engagement metrics such as likes, shares, comments, and impressions to gauge the effectiveness of the content and identify areas for improvement
- Write captions and copy that speak to the company’s target audience
- Optimize content for peak performance and improvement in visuals, captions, hashtags, etc. and create compelling graphics and memes to share across social channels
- Track and measure engagement to identify high-performing campaigns for scalability
- Prepare reports on social media key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates to track progress and inform future content strategy decisions
- Keep current with emerging trends, features, and best practices in social media marketing to continuously enhance the brand's social media strategy and stay informed of the competition
- Respond to comments and DMs on social platforms
- Assist with photo shoots and create and edit short-form videos
- Maintain a detailed calendar for the planning and management of all brand content
- Collaborate with lawyers and other internal teams to develop content and messaging that resonates with the target audience
- Maintain a strong understanding of the legal industry and its ethical considerations for online marketing
- Stay abreast of legal and regulatory changes impacting digital marketing and social media

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 3+ years of proven experience in social media management including, but not limited to, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn
- Experience working in the field of law is a huge plus
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audience
- Experience determining how to cater unique social media campaigns to a unique audience
- Experience identifying relevant social insights and development ideas
- Passionate about digital media and content creation, high-energy, organized, and able to distill clear messages to promote our services
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Organized, professional, resourceful, and customer-focused
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Self-motivated, high achiever with ability to work in an environment with fast-paced changing priorities
