Job Summary:
Responsibilities likely to include but not limited to:

- Full-service bookkeeping and related record-keeping for multiple family entities and individuals
- Assist with various monthly reporting requirements
- Filing of annual information returns including Form 1099 and various annual reports
- Assist with the preparation of Financial Reports and special projects
- Assist with compiling the information needed to prepare the various annual tax returns

Qualifications:

- Strong accounting and bookkeeping experience
- Quickbooks experience preferred - Proficient using computers and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail
- Confidential position - high level of discretion and personal integrity
- Organized, analytical, and detail oriented
- Self-motivated and solutions driven
- Flexible, professional and personable

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
