Job Summary:

- Consistently and accurately maintains accurate records of A/R, A/P, payroll, admissions, bank deposits, and census.
- Organizes, develops, and maintains business office systems in accordance with Community standards.
- Performs monthly bill processing.
- Performs routine collection efforts on accounts.
- Supervises the paperwork process related to employee hires, changes, and terminations (voluntary and involuntary).
- Maintains and audits all financial records and accounts receivable software/records.
- Assists with the admission of new residents, discussing financial arrangements with the responsible party, and confirming admissions forms are completed.
- Communicates with ownership regarding policies, requirements, and problem-solving of business matters as needed.
- Maintains petty cash account or purchase card account, reconcile account, and request replenishment as needed
- Maintains annual OSHA logs Relieves staff in answering phones and directing calls to the proper individuals as needed.
- Oversee HR and advertise for new hires.
- Perform other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Familiarity with Payroll software such as Paychex or ADP.
- Familiarity with Quickbooks.
- Familiarity with hiring software such as an Indeed.

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
