**35 Hours a week**
Monday thru Friday schedule
Must be able to work between 7am
- 6pm

**JOB SUMMARY**:
Under the general supervision of the Area Manager, performs related duties in the daily operation of the Business Services Center, at all times striving to meet or exceed the requirements and expectations of the customer’s employees in their requests. Consistently works in an enthusiastic, positive, motivated, professional, detail
- and deadline-oriented manner, with an ongoing commitment to increasing customer satisfaction.

**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**:

- coordinate overflow work through the BSC.
- Analyze processes for productivity and accountability.
- Set goals with Management and develop strategies for achieving them.
- Act as a liaison between the customer.
- Participate in monthly operations reviews with customer and management.
- Participate in budget planning process.
- Work with vendors to maintain equipment and insure optimal performance.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Associate and/or Bachelor Degree, or equivalent work experience.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software programs.
- Ability to work cooperatively and communicate effectively.
- Work involves quality control and a strong attention to detail.
- Work involves varying degrees of standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive motion.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodations.

**ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Understand the use of copying, faxing, binding and other on-site equipment and be able to provide support in the completion of tasks for the customer.
- Evaluate and ensure the quality of outgoing materials.
- Maintains tracking of jobs, pickups/deliveries and other documentation.
- Monitors and orders supplies as needed.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Pay: $18.00 per hour
