- Product Recommendations: Provide strategic recommendations for products, plans, and investments to help clients achieve their financial objectives.
- Client Acquisition: Identify and secure new clients to serve as trusted advisors for their financial decisions.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the team to develop and implement effective financial strategies.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
- License: Valid FINRA Series 7 & 63/66 license is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, financial planning software, Google Suite, CRM systems, and related programs.
- Industry Knowledge: Working knowledge of financial products, the financial industry, and personal financial advisor roles.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and math skills, with a proven track record of building strong client relationships.
