Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the shipping, receiving, processing, and management of samples with precision.
  • Deliver crucial support in the warehouse and laboratory for sample management.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, logs, and materials associated with sample handling.
  • Facilitate the transport of samples, documents, and necessary materials.
  • Ensure supplies, tools, and paperwork are organized according to established protocols.
  • Prioritize sample processing in alignment with project demands.
  • Assist in executing relevant administrative policies effectively.
  • Uphold compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Encourage a cooperative and productive work atmosphere.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Prior experience in a laboratory or office environment is advantageous.
  • Solid understanding of sample and laboratory management principles.
  • Effective communication skills with team members and clients.
