- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate projects and assist in project management
- Manage office files and documents
- Assist in order entry processes
- Support the office manager with administrative tasks
- Operate office equipment including phone systems
**Skills**:

- Strong organizational skills for office management tasks
- Ability to provide excellent customer support
- Familiarity with basic administrative duties
Nice-to-have Skills:
- Prior experience as a Personal Assistant or in Office Management
- Knowledge of order entry processes
- Experience with phone systems administration
