As the Scrum Master II in Houston, Texas for ENGIE’s Global Energy Management & Supply you will manage project scope, schedule, budget, assess quality and risk for the software development teams. Every day, you will report to the Director of Solution Delivery to assist with creating and maintaining project documentation including project charter or release plans, while also providing work direction to project teams, assigning responsibilities and reviewing project work.

**What You’ll Bring**
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or engineering or additional two (2) years of experience in which you’ve gained an understanding in project delivery or project management providing work scope to software development teams
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience in a project management or scrum master capacity with retail energy industry experience being beneficial for the role
- You have or willing to obtain a Certified Scrum Master Certification (CSM)
- Experienced with Microsoft (MS) toolset (Project Server, Excel, Visio, Word, PowerPoint)
- Proven experience with maintaining relationships with stakeholders, business owners, project sponsors, executives and vendors

**Additional Details**
- This role is eligible for our hybrid work policy
- Must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license
- Must be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies

**Compensation**

**Salary Range**: $84,000 - $128,800 USD annually
