SUMMARY: This position will work on-site in Houston, Texas. The Senior Scrum Master is responsible for leading and coaching scaled scrum events for various engineering and support departments and for monitoring/reporting progress. This role is responsible for ensuring development is progressing and reporting status across the organization.

Education & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in a related field with 15+ years of Scrum Master experience preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Proven track record of success with multiple teams utilizing the Scrum framework

Duties & Responsibilities
Lead and coach scaled scrum teams in a highly technical, iterative design environment
Lead and coach daily standups, sprint planning sessions, demos and retrospectives, and scrum training sessions
Gather business requirements and work with product owners to translate them stories
ssist the team with building skills: planning, goal setting, organizing and delivering through collaborative effort
Coordinate with Team Product Owners to drive project timelines and road mapping while ensuring projects align to launch goals
Provide strong coaching on agile best practices and encourage teams during challenging sprint goals
Identify issues, risks, and recommendations for improving team efficiency
Engage and include all team members and encourage a collaborative approach to completing tasks
Support agile development, architecture and scrum implementation through the use of Jira, Miro and Confluence
Support and execute Atlassian tool initiatives, customization, dashboards, reports, and plugins.
Capture, train and maintain the best practices and guidelines to support the Clients implementation of the Atlassian tools.
