**The Neville Center at Fresh Pond** is hiring a** full-time Lead Receptionist**, some days and evenings required, to work at our beautiful facility near the Fresh Pond Parkway in Cambridge, MA.

The **Lead** **Receptionist** is responsible for creating a warm, responsive interaction between the Center and its external and internal customers to support a positive image of the Center at all times.

This position requires tact, sensitivity, and professionalism due to constant interaction with residents, families, employees, referral sources and the outside community. The **Lead** **Receptionist **cordially and professionally greets Center guests and directs them accordingly. He/she operates the phones and is responsible for providing outstanding customer service. Additionally, the** Lead** **Receptionist** will be tasked to assist with various business offices, admissions, and other administrative duties as assigned.

The schedule for this position is some days and evenings up to approximately thirty (30) hours per week. Every other weekend availability is a must

**Experience and Qualifications for the Lead Receptionist**:

- Must have the ability to read, write and communicate in English as it is the dominant language of the Center.
- Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel. Must be able to utilize the computer and its various platforms.
- Professional business attire required.
- E/O weekend
